Just amazing customer service and my pup is exhausted after a day there which is always a sign of success!

Caring friendly knowledgeable staff, clean facility

I can’t be more pleased with the Royal Windsor location, the staff are knowledgeable and very courteous and friendly, i can tell they love my dogs

At Dogtopia you become a part of the family. They care about your dog as if it was their own and my Coco just loves going to see her BFFs. She gets excited as soon as we get to the driveway and can’t wait to get out of the car. The monthly activities are so much fun for them and stimulating.

Everything. The staff is amazing, the facility bright and clean and in a great location.

The staff is competent and very friendly. Our 1-1/2 year old energetic and sociable Aussie doodle really has a great time. As we approach the facility she gets so excited we can hardly hold her back. She is so happily to greet the lovely staff and play with her new friends. We also appreciate being able to check to webcams on our phones to see, in real time, how she is enjoying her day. We originally tried exercising her at the dog parks but after she was bitten by an unfriendly dog we decided to try this alternative. So very glad we did.

I was extremely pleased with the premises and the care taken with my dog. I loved the fact that we had access to the webcams and could check in periodically.

However, I was really disappointed with the registration process for the initial Meet & Greet! It was very disorganized!

– rec’d email from Cadalina requesting contact info, Tuco’s vaccination confirmation, vet clinic, etc. on Sat. Jun 17.
– Meet & Greet scheduled for Tues. Jun 20.
– emailed requested info same day.
– no acknowledgement rec’d.
– left vmail on Mon. Jun 19 requesting confirmation of above (no response).
– called again& spoke with Olivia & she stated info rec’d but hadn’t been entered & she would do it.
– I showed up on Tues Jun 20th & Britney did not have us in the system & no Meet & Greet was scheduled!
– Britney & Courtney were amazing and apologized for the inconvenience.
– I believe staff needs to be properly trained on policies & procedures utilizing best practices!

There is supervision in the room with the dogs at all times. All dogs must be vaccinated in order to be admitted and their temperment is tested before they are allowed into the playroom. Very different than a leash free park.
