My dog loves it there. The staff are friendly and appear to genuinely enjoy being with Julia and the other dogs. The process at the front desk to drop off and pick up is efficient, as is the billing process.
I was worried about how much one male dog wanted to mount my dog. She does not like it and spent a lot of time running away from him. It was not spotted by the attendant. Otherwise it was fine.
Flexible and easy to book, and a loving environment. The staff truly care about the pups and are very friendly.
