Staff are great. My dog loves going.

Staff are very friendly. I like checking in on my dog and seeing her having fun with her pals. She comes home happy and exhausted!

Can tell the dogs are engaged, great to be able to check in. Staff are amazing, loving the dogs that come in and know all their names.

It’s easy to book a day care appointment. Very flexible with options of half and full days and not forcing a set schedule (ie, not being forced to pick a day and always come on that day).

Also, friendly staff and the ability to check in on my dog through the web cams. It’s a well kept clean facility too.

I’ve consistently received friendly and professional service every time I drop my pup off for daycare. What’s most telling though is that my girl, who can be a little uptight and nervous, has no issues being dropped off and is in fact quite happy to be at Dogtopia Royal Windsor. Thanks to everyone there for making her feel so welcome and comfortable.
