My dog has fun and everyone is very friendly.

Staff were friendly , knowledgeable and really enjoy being around dogs. Made the meet and greet comfortable for me and my dog.

My dog Maddie is always so excited to go so I know she must be having the time of her life playing with friends! I love the special days and the flexibility!

Let newcomers know that the meet and greet has the option to stay for the day. If I had known I would have brought the food. Plus, there should have been a report card and picture for the meet and greet day and I didn’t receive this. I felt like I shouldn’t have even asked.

Ginni had a great time on Friday. The staff at Royal Windsor is very friendly.

My dog Merlin gets very excited when we pull into the parking lot at Dogtopia Royal Windsor. He can’t wait to see the friendly staff and all the other dogs in the playroom, so I feel very comfortable leaving him there for the day. He’s always wiped out on the drive home from a day at doggy daycare. I also love the convenience of having boarding and grooming services available.

It would be good to be able to add an hour or two before being charged an entire day. A more extended day or Saturday would be helpful. The team is lovely though.

Convenient location. Easy to book online. Can check in on my pup occasionally on web cams. Staff take great care of my pup!
