Friendly and Informative Staff, Professional Attitude

Super friendly staff! You can clearly tell they love dogs. The only thing I would improve upon is to have some small outdoor space for my dog to go potty as he won’t inside. Either that or have a room inside with astroturf for the same reason. Makes me nervous to leave him for a whole day when I know he will be uncomfortable and not go potty. Otherwise facilities and staff are great!!

I love that my Billy gets excited when we turn into the parking lot! He loves to play with hiss doggie friends and always comes home exhausted and easy to be with. I also really like alll the people who work at Dogtopia. Billy and I always feel so welcome and important!

I do wish your employees would wear name tags. I am more comfortable talking to people when I know their names.

Great staff. My dog is never sad to come for boarding.

Friendly staff who very much enjoy what they do! Ease of scheduling online is awesome as well! Overall a great location for my guy!

The staff are all very friendly and highly trained in dealing with dogs. I love watching my pup play with other dogs on the webcam. This was especially important when we boarded our dog for 5 nights. I liked being able to see him having fun with his doggie friends and didn’t have to worry about how he’s doing while we were away.
