Wonderful and attentive staff, the cushy floors, the cleanliness, the non-doggy air scent, clean water bowls, all the dogs, and the organization.
However, I was disappointed that the tracker DASH that I purchased was not functioning, so I was unable to see the data of how much mileage my dog did. And as of today have not heard anything about what to do with my defective tracker.
The staff is amazing with my dog.
We’ve only taken our pup there a few times but the staff are nice and helpful and the facility is clean and organized.
I love the fact the dogs get play and are not locked up in a kennel all day. I appreciate the attention the dogs get, and the convenience it provides. The staff is always so friendly.
Murdock loves this place and he loves the staff. Even when he’s misbehaved (I hear he doesn’t enjoy puppies) they’re good to him and fair, and handle him gently. I’ve recommended this place to several people I know.

The close attention to cleanliness, the welcoming environment, and the ability to look into our dog on their webcams. We also love that there are always humans inside the toy box, making sure that the dogs are safe and clean. The little chalk signs that are visible on the camera adds attention to detail and just a fun thing to see.
I know my dog is in good hands and well-loved.
