The people working there are very nice and friendly. They seem to have the knowledge and experience to handle all the dogs in the room. The maintain a clean and comfortable environment for the dogs to play and socialize in.
The owner was amazing. She gave me a thorough tour. She was also very considerate of my dogs’ feelings when introducing them to the other dogs.
The customer service and level of care and attention provided by the staff and owner here is incredible. They are thoughtful, communicative, kind and show that they really love your pet.

They have also been very accommodating. For example, I needed my dog to spend the night because I underestimated how chaotic having my house painted would be and they were able to take my dog in for the night.
