Our Midvale vaccination clinic is Saturday November 23rd from 2-5 pm at Dogtopia in Midvale. This is a walk-in clinic. no appointment needed!

Rabies ( Dog & Cat)- $30 One year or three year *Must show previous rabies certificate to receive 3 year rabies vaccine*

1 year DAPP (Dog)- $30 Protects against distemper, parainfluenza, and parvovirus; 3 year DAPP (Dog)- $40 Protects against distemper, parainfluenza, and parvovirus

Bordetella (Dog) – $30 Protects against kennel cough, which is easily spread from one dog to another and is highly contagious

1 year Dog Bundle- $70 includes 1yr Rabies, 1yr Dapp, and Bordetella; 3 year Dog Bundle – $80 includes 3yr Rabies, 3yr DAPP, and Bordetella

Lepto (Dog)- $35 Protects against leptospirosis

Lyme (Dog)- $35 Protects against Lyme Disease transmitted by ticks

Influenza(H3N2 and H2N8) (Dog)- $45 Protects against both strains of canine influenza

1 year FVRCPC (Cat)- $30 Protects against rhinotracheitis calici, and panleukopenia; 3 year FVRCPC (Cat)- $40 Protects against rhinotracheitis calici, and panleukopenia

FeLV (Cat)- $35 Prevent viral shedding and progressive infection and decrease the opportunity for at- risk cats to become infected or seriously ill from feline leukemia virus

1 year Cat Bundle- $80 includes 1yr Rabies, 1yr FVRCPC, & FeLV; 3 year -$90 includes 3yr Rabies, 3yr FVRCPC, & FeLV

Microchips (Dog & Cat)- $25 a form of permanent identification to ensure that veterinarians and animal shelters can receive the contact information they need to reunite you with your pet

Microchip with Smart Tag(Dog & Cat) – $35

Dewormer (Dog & Cat) – $10 Treats intestinal hookworms, roundworms, and stomach worm parasites
