Two ladies who took care of my dogs are very sweet and made us feel very welcome during our visit. They explained their system very clearly and answered my questions really well. I am going to board my dogs soon, and I feel comfortable boarding them there.

Very clean, very professional, convenient location, staff are very friendly to both me and my pups. I liked that they had the pop up vaccination clinic to help make it easier for everyone to be up to date. I mentioned this to my vet, and she was very impressed that a boarding facility would go to the trouble.

I love how welcoming everyone is! And I love that I can be enrolled in a weekly plan to get a discount on daycare!

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility was clean. Only negative is that the video monitor wasn’t working.

Very friendly and professional staff who genuinely care about my pup. I feel that he is always in a safe loving environment at this location. Plus, he gets so excited to visit every time. Absolutely love the webcam feature so I can check in at my convenience, and really appreciate the reports/updates each day when I pick him up. Couldn’t be happier and cannot recommend Dogtopia Midvale enough.

Great Dane who cannot be neutered until 1ish year (per our vet). So unfortunately, we have to take a break. But we’ll be back asap once he’s eligible to return!
