Amazing staff! They have really helped Dosha with becoming better socialized with other dogs.

Illiana Arredondo has been an fundamental part of our positive experience since moving to San Antonio. She has collaborated with me numerous times to work around my military schedule, bring seamless service so that I do not have to worry about my dog’s daily care.

I have had a number of very challenging months since moving to San Antonio, and Illiana has gone above and beyond to ensure Remington’s care has been handled. As an Army Officer I have plenty to worry about on a daily basis–it gives me peace knowing that Dogtopia and the care of my pup is not something I have to micromanage.

I appreciate all that you guys do–and the family feel she (along with others at AH Dogtopia) have brought to our daily routine. Thank you!

the way the staff engages

I absolutely love our experience at Dogtopia. My dog gets so excited the moment we pull into the parking lot, which says everything. The staff is incredibly patient, loving, and clearly cares deeply for the dogs. Their customer service is top-notch! Any time I have a question or need help, they’re responsive, kind, and accommodating. We go weekly for daycare, but I’ve also relied on them for boarding during last-minute trips, and I’m always impressed by how flexible and supportive they are. I’m so thankful to have found Dogtopia Alamo Heights!

I’d love to see more play opportunities for the dogs – more toys to climb on. I would love for there to be an outdoor play space.
I have noticed that often Penny smells bad after we pick her up. Like maybe she’s been walking in urine that wasn’t quickly cleaned up off the mats.
Overall, though, I think the staff treats her with love, and that’s what’s most important to me.

The manager i believe was who helped me; was extremely helpful with my dogs. They didn’t do so well initially but she listened to me and was willing to work with them how they needed to be approached and all has been great ever since. I’m grateful she didn’t give up on them going into a brand new space and now they love going!

Everyone has been friendly and very welcoming when dropping off and picking up my dog. Since day one they have very helpful with answering my questions and helping me register the meet and greet. I highly recommend them and I will not be going anywhere else but here when I need to take my dog to doggie daycare.
