Staff is well trained and they interact with the dogs in play time. I love that I can go to my online app and see my pup in daycare play. The entire facility is very clean and the air conditioning is always perfect for the dogs. My pup gets so excited when he sees where we are going. Win win all the way around. Thankyou DogTopia!!!!

Dogs are healthy. Web cams are valuable for owners. Good grooming service available. Staff seems caring.

I saw the one star review on google regarding the manager and I must say that is a bold face lie. I met the general manager Illiana the same day I took my fur babies in for just nail trimming and a buffering. She was so kind, courteous, loving and charismatic! I couldn’t be happier with the services she provided. My girl dog is supper friendly a playful so she had no trouble walking in and strutting her stuff and getting her nails trim. Now my boy dog. He is kind of a rescue dog so he is deathly afraid of other humans. So she allowed me to go back with him and hold him and comfort him while she trim and buffer his nails. The whole staff was so warm and kind both over the phone and in person and they did a walk in for the nail trimming. I couldn’t have ask for better service than what I received. I totally recommend this place.

I’m sorry that lady left a bad review maybe she thinks the world revolves around her because she has a condition. Guess what lady. I have a lot of mental conditions, bipolar, PTSD, anxieties and the list goes on. I don’t expect anyone to cater to me. So get over yourself!

On another note they also do Military discount. That’s right Honor our members. I’m big on that since I come from a big military family and my husband and son both serve.

After four stays, I feel that my pet is enjoying socializing with other pets. She is exhausted when she gets home from playing all day. I feel that the pet parents are responsible and don’t bring their pets when they are not well. The staff is also very friendly and patient with my questions. My primary need at this time is socializing my pet and getting her comfortable with a facility that can also board. I want her to be comfortable any time she is there either for a day or several days. So far, I am impressed with this facility and staff.
