Pricing is good, app is easy to use
The follow up process when having concerns. I feel I’ve been bounced around a lot when I have questions, and I have to be proactive to getting answers for solutions. Also, there have been several times where I’ve paused for travel, business, holidays and have still been charged, and have to follow up multiple times for refunds.
Reservations for day care are not required…I can simply drop Charlotte off on the day/time convenient for me.

The people and Riley, my dog, loves it.
I will say, I am getting very annoyed with the new ownership trying to squeeze every penny out of its customers. The move from $500 / month to $125 / week is just getting greedy. Obviously that’s an extra $500 a year plus you are getting the money sooner. Also, what is up with the billing in advance for the boarding??
You guys need to pump the brakes on trying to milk your customers!!!
