Love the Dogtopia Sandy Springs staff and how they treat & love on my pup!

Easy to use with a great app, friendly staff, and great facility. My dog seems to enjoy Arlo but we plan on using the boarding services more than daycare

I appreciate that the web cam is live so I can check-in on my dog. I’d love more feedback about how my dog does at day care, so we’re able to work on any behavioral issues at home to help keep dogtopia a safe environment.

Calvin seems excited to go and seems happy when we pick him up! So we believe that is a sign you guys treat him well.

Very attentive and responds quick

Kota and I were greeted very friendly at the doors on Saturday for her meet and greet. We were able to access cameras and see her play. She is already booked to go back this week and we hope keep using Dogtopia moving forward!

Keeping “poop bags” (maintaining the supply) where the pets are walked either before and/or after visiting you.

The new additions to the staff have great customer service

I think that my dogs are well cared for and have fun when they are there, so I’d give high marks on that front. It seems you’ve hired more staff, but at times it takes a long time to pick up/drop off and there are too many dogs in the lobby on leashes trying to interact. Not sure why the payment structure was changed. I preferred the flexibility of having a month to use the visits and it is now more expensive for me because of it. Also, I don’t think the change was adequately explained.
