The associates and team members know my dog. They are so accommodating and knowledgeable kind. They are willing to work with my schedule which is unsettled most of the time
My dogs don’t spend time alone or all day in a cage or crate and I especially love that I can watch them play with other dogs while I’m away. I will literally be sitting at a bar or anywhere while on vacation watching my dogs on my phone lol
Schatzie always is ready to go see her ‘friends’ but when she gets there doesn’t really engage with the other dogs. stands around overwhelmed.
They love my dog and it shows. She’s so happy and content and gets to play w her friends every day!
The staff is so personal and really treat my pet and me like part of the family. They’re so good at keeping us in the loop of stuff happening and I feel so comfortable leaving my dog there for the whole day or even overnight if I’m out of town
