Meet the Team

Jordan, General Manager

Jordan has been part of the Dogtopia family since December 2019 and serves as the General Manager. Born and raised in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois, Jordan made the move to Arizona in July 2024.

Jordan’s favorite part about Dogtopia is the endless opportunity to learn and grow in all aspects of what Dogtopia has to offer. She is passionate about continuously expanding her knowledge and sharing it with her team. Jordan loves teaching, mentoring, and supporting those around her to help everyone succeed. She also enjoys meeting new furry friends each day and takes pride in building strong, lasting relationships with Pet Parents. Creating a positive experience for both dogs and their families is what makes her role so rewarding.

At home, Jordan is a proud pet parent to Boogie, a Pit Bull she’s had for almost a year, and Olivia, a Maine Coon cat who’s been part of the family for nine years. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys lounging by the pool, finding new places to take Boogie on sniff adventures, and discovering new fun hangout spots around town.

If Jordan were a dog breed, she’d be a Husky—adventurous, energetic, and full of personality.

Mak, Franchise Trainer

Mak has been part of the Dogtopia family since 2018 and proudly serves as our Franchise Trainer. Born and raised in Arizona, Mak spent some time in Tucson before returning to Dogtopia in 2025. Mak brings passion, creativity, and lots of heart to Dogtopia every day.

Mak is a proud dog parent to Mochi, a 6-year-old mini Staffy, and Parker, a 5-year-old Collie Retriever mix. His favorite part of the job is the unconditional love from the dogs—and watching them make friends and live their best daycare lives.

When not at Dogtopia, Mak loves being outdoors and expressing creativity through music, art, dancing, and singing. Fun fact: Mak can solve a Rubik’s Cube in under a minute!

If Mak were a dog breed, he’d be a Pit Bull—kind, playful, happy, and full of wiggles and love.

Aspen, Parent Relationship Manager

As PRM, Aspen loves being the creative mind behind Dogtopia’s photo parties, crafts, and treat days—all while building lasting relationships with Pet Parents.

Outside of Dogtopia, Aspen enjoys trying new restaurants, traveling to new places, and especially loves going on cruises. A fun fact about Aspen: she used to do synchronized swimming!

If Aspen were a dog breed, she’d be a Mini Goldendoodle—calm, cuddly, affectionate, and full of charm.

Taylor, Canine Coach Trainer

If there’s a dog in the building, chances are our Canine Coach Trainer, Taylor, has already said hello! She’s been part of the Dogtopia family since June 2022, and her favorite part of the job is getting to spend time with every single dog, even if it’s just for a quick moment each day.

Born and raised in Arizona, she’s married and a proud mom to a daughter. When she’s not busy coaching pups or supporting the team, you can usually find her doing something a little… unexpected. She’s a big fan of reptile conventions and has a few creepy crawly companions of her own at home!

Taylor is incredibly handy and loves learning new hobbies—if there’s something new to try, she’s all in. That curiosity and willingness to learn carries over into her work, where she’s always looking for ways to grow and help others do the same.

If she were a dog, she’d be a Golden Retriever—always happy, friendly, and excited to be wherever the fun is!

Morgan, Front Desk Coordinator

Morgan has been part of the Dogtopia family since October 2024 and is one of the friendly faces of as a Front Desk Coordinator.

Morgan’s favorite part about working at Dogtopia is building friendships with her teammates and spending one-on-one time with the dogs. At home, she is a proud pet parent to Asuka, a Husky who loves coming to daycare, and Cupcake, a cat she has had since kittenhood.

Outside of work, Morgan enjoys reading, roller skating, and hanging out with friends. A fun fact: Morgan is a talented artist and loves to doodle whenever and wherever she can!

If Morgan were a dog breed, she’d be an Australian Shepherd—sweet, intelligent, and full of heart.

Teva, Canine Coach/Rover

Teva has been part of the Dogtopia family since January 2023. An Arizona native, Teva spent a few years in California before making her way back home to Arizona.

Teva is a proud pet parent to a full house of animals—Shiloh the pug, Cherry the chinchilla, Comma the orange cat, plus a few reptiles. Her favorite part about working at Dogtopia is building meaningful relationships with the dogs, who truly become family, and being part of a team that feels like family too.

Outside of work, Teva enjoys playing video games, shopping, and learning new instruments—currently working on mastering the guitar. A fun fact most people don’t know: Teva is actually a great singer, but prefers not to sing in front of others!

If Teva were a dog breed, she’d be a Doberman—tough on the outside but secretly affectionate, loyal, and full of love.

Benji, Canine Coach/Rover

Benji has been part of the Dogtopia family since May 2023 and works as one of our wonderful Canine Coaches and has recently been learning the Rover position.

Benji’s favorite part of working at Dogtopia is having fun with the dogs while learning new facts about them and understanding their unique language. At home, he is a proud dog parent to Leo, a beloved Maltipoo who has truly come out of his shell thanks to the Dogtopia environment.

Outside of work, Benji enjoys listening to music, hanging out with friends, playing darts, cooking, and traveling. A fun fact: he’s skilled at performing skateboard tricks!

If Benji were a dog breed, he’d be a Mini Schnauzer—playful, smart, and full of personality.

Ethan, Canine Coach/Rover

Ethan has been with Dogtopia since February 2022 and serves as one of our talented Canine Coaches/Rover at Dogtopia.

His favorite part about working at Dogtopia is building relationships with the dogs and getting to know each of their unique personalities.

At home, Ethan has two cats named Gouda and Feta, who love hanging out by the window keeping watch over the neighborhood. Outside of work, he enjoys playing video games and spending time with friends. Fun fact: Ethan is left-handed but can only snap his fingers with his right hand!

If Ethan were a dog breed, he’d be a Mastiff — large and in charge, laid-back, and living that simple, cozy life.

Makenzie, Canine Coach/Rover

Makenzie has been with Dogtopia since March 2021 is a dedicated Canine Coach and Rover at Dogtopia who loves being around dogs every day.

Her favorite part about working at Dogtopia is learning about dog behavior, building relationships with each pup, and getting to know their unique personalities.

While she doesn’t currently have any pets, her dream dog is a Great Dane.

Outside of work, Makenzie enjoys going to the gym, solving puzzles, watching movies, and has recently started getting into plant care. Fun fact: Makenzie loves traveling, and if she could leave tomorrow, she’d be headed straight to the Dominican Republic.

If Makenzie were a dog breed, she would be a Bernese Mountain Dog — friendly, relaxed, and always happy to be around others.
