My dog loved coming here for attention snd socialization and exercise. We moved to Oregon but fortunately my town has a Dogtopia. I hope their staff is as good as Cottleville!
I like the convenience of your location. Your employees are always helpful and explain everything in detail. Tucker is happy when I pick him up.
Friendly staff. I feel the generally care about our dogs. The different activities they have. The Webcam to check on our puppies and definitely love the SPA days.
I love Dogtopia and my babies do too. I appreciate the staff knowing my pups by name. The cameras provide added assurance that they are being treated well. My only negative is how the packages are handled. I was on the 1X per week package and was considering bumping it to 2 X week. Recently, one of my babies got sick with kennel cough on a Friday. I was not sure if the other or both would be able to go to daycare the following week. The fee for 1 X a week was debited from my account as appropriate. However, when I decided to keep both of them home out of an abundance of caution, I lost the fee because I did not give enough notice that they would not be in. I understand not being able to refund the fee, but I thought it would at least be rolled over. I would suggest modifying the policy and allow rollover as long as it is used within a certain amount of time before it is forfeited. Perhaps it must be used within 30 days or at least within 2 weeks.
Small environment playground and the interaction of the other dogs with our Minnie, She enjoys going and notices when we turn onto Mid Rivers where she is going and gets so excited. A huge Bonus for us is seeing her while we work, having piece of mind she is ok is very important to us. Would love to see more interaction with the dogs from the staff vs just cleaning but Minnie loves going so We are happy. Would highly recommend and we do often to others with dogs when we are out .
Daisy seems to like going and she is always exhausted when she gets home. The staff seems pretty good especially the morning crew.
The staff is great! They take care of my pet as they would take care of their own.
