Flexibility and staff.

Friendliness of staff and the excellent care of the dogs

I love that my dog is excited to arrive at Dogtopia and eager to greet staff. The staff are all welcoming and friendly and willing to have a few moments of dog talk.

I’ve also had my dog bathed/groomed at Dogtopia and he is feeling himself afterwards.

The folks showing us around during the meet & greet were absolutely great! I felt like they asked all the right questions and I love that you all separate dogs based on their demeanor. The meet and greet process is wonderful.

The only issue I had was the amount of dogs per staff member. Unfortunately one of my dogs needs a bit more attention and can be a little reactive when he feels anxious, we are working with him on that. On a slow day with minimal dogs, I feel like he would do well. But a staff member mentioned that on busy days, there can possibly be up to 39 dogs in a single room. I feel uncomfortable with the idea of a packed room and only one staff member managing that. I feel like that’s a lot to ask of someone and can lead to issues between dogs.

This was the only reason I wouldn’t be bringing both of my dogs here.

Staff are amazing

My fur baby likes going-and everyone is truly engaged with the dogs- i feel like im dropping my child off- i know she is well cared for-its just a great feeling.

Jordan the morning girl is not a morning person. She doesn’t smile or really greet my dog. It doesn’t leave you with a feeling that she will be treated isn a loving happy way. Violet is amazing and Bane.

You can tell that all the staff truly care for all the dogs there. My girl gets so excited once we get near by which is relief to know she enjoys being there. I appreciate how quick they are to communicate if there are any issues.
