The staff is so pleasant and takes real good care of our dogs
if it were possible, to have more staff in the rooms especially when there are many dogs in the rooms. just to keep a closer eye on them

The staff is awesome and I love how quick the drop off times are! Pick ups can take awhile, even if I’m the only person in the lobby waiting. I’d also love if there was a way to get the photos someway that is not Facebook.
