Jaime and Sherman Hatch, Owners
Sherman and Jaime Hatch are so excited for you to join our business as we work together to grow the Dogtopia brand and services within the rapidly expanding pet industry across the globe. With over twenty years of experience in owning three private Preschools, they are so very excited to have an opportunity to be in a businesses that socializes your furry best friends. Sherman and Jaime reside in Fort Worth and five children, four who have recently graduated from college and one currently attending college. They also have three four legged children, Finn, Lily, and Tucker.
Our Noble Cause is to enhance the joy of dog parenthood and enable dogs to positively change our world. Why is the Noble Cause important to us? Nallely Armstrong, Area General Manager
Meet Nallely, the dedicated Area General Manager of Dogtopia of Roanoke, where she ensures every pup has a safe and enjoyable experience. With a deep love for dogs, including her own furry companions, Barry and Weezy, Nallely treats every pup as part of her family. Beyond work, she enjoys cheering on her kids at their sporting events and cherishing moments with her loved ones.
Caitlin Crisler-Biggs, Area Parent Relationship Manager
Meet Caitlin, our dedicated Area Pet Parent Relationship Manager. She brings smiles and passion to our team. Not only does she take care of her loveable boxer, Maia, but she also manages to juggle the adventures of parenthood with her toddler, Penelope. Caitlin thrives on building connections with new pet parents and their furry companions while actively engaging in community outreach. During her downtime, she indulges in her love for cooking, baking, and expressing her creativity through painting.
Callie Covington, General Manager
Meet Callie—a proud mom to an amazing son and a lifelong dog lover. She has been working with dogs professionally for about two years, but her connection with them goes back much further. Having grown up with dogs, they’ve always held a special place in her life. Today, she shares her home with two beloved pups who bring endless joy and love to her days.
When she’s not spending time with her dogs or working, Callie can often be found in the kitchen, indulging her love for cooking. She also has a deep passion for decorating and creating warm, welcoming spaces. Whether at work or at home, Callie enjoys blending creativity and care into everything she does.
Amber Hunt, Operations Manager
Meet Amber, the hard-working Operations Manager of Dogtopia of Arlington by The Parks! Amber has years of animal care experience and a love for creating a fun and safe environment for dogs and people. She has a deep love and passion for animals and has 3 dogs (Shadow, Juno, and Fender), 1 cat (Friday), and a turtle (Tracker). Amber loves all of the dogs at Dogtopia like they are her own and does everything she can to ensure they are happy, safe, and have the most exciting day ever!
