Friendly staff. You could tell they all love dogs. Manager even came out and spoke to me. Cooper was shy his first time and followed the worker all over the room for a couple of hours but when I went back to pick him up, he was running around with the other dogs.

The most important thing to note is that he wasn’t barking or snapping at the other dogs which is a big accomplishment because he is so bad about that at the apartment complex.

He’s going back today, and I can’t wait to see how he does.

I love that I can check in on my pup during the day on the webcams. The staff has been great and are very caring. So far so good!

The staff is kind, polite, well trained and well informed. They go above and beyond to be there for the dogs and their pet parents.

It would be even better if there were more activities planned for the pups. And being able to see during nap time. I don’t understand why the cameras are cut during that time.

The staff are knowledgeable and friendly, I love that I can watch him on the webcams playing and making new friends and always tuckered out when I get him home.

The staff is super nice. The facility is safe and clean. My dogs come home worn out. They eat dinner then go to bed for the rest of the night. Now, I can watch TV alone without them fighting for my lap. I love it.

warm greeting from all staff including the owner, shook my hand and greeted my pet happily. They let me sit and watch the meet and greet on the camera and explained all the details, showed me how to use the app to book appointments and the options for special prices on the weekly playtimes. So happy and feeling welcome, will for sure be bringing Axl back for both daycare and overnight!
