Everything! Love the employees and the special events throughout each month. Everyone is so friendly and caring.

We know our dog is safe and loved and appreciated. Hours are sensible. We watch the webcam often and we like the calm atmosphere in the gym which is always being cleaned.

Very friendly staff, always available to drop my dog off. Dog doesn’t smell bad when he leaves and sleeps well when he gets home.

The staff is up to speed and doing well – love them. The hours are great for those of us who have to go to the office during the week. If there is bad weather you have indoors. Getting my dog bathed and groomed during her play day is a bonus.

I love that Dierks has a safe and fun space to go run and play at! Staff is always super friendly and we are so happy we chose you guys!

My baby never comes home smelling like a kennel, I can bring her ANY 2 days not just the same 2 every (although we like to try to keep same days), our girl comes home tuckered out from having so much fun. The one time I have found a booboo on her it was looked into right away and found the culprit (who just happened to be my granddog.)
We really enjoy bringing our pups to play there.

We are so pleased with our first experience at the Town and Country location! Our two Great Danes, Scout and Salem, had their first meet and greet and grooming appointment this week. Everything about the entire experience (from start to finish) was fantastic. Booking the appointment was easy and following up with the app was efficient. When we dropped the dogs off, everyone was friendly and welcoming. We were able to view the webcams throughout their time there and loved watching them with the other dogs. There was always someone in the room interacting with the dogs and supervising. Pick up was so easy – Scout and Salem looked great and they were exhausted the rest of the night! We will definitely be using their grooming services again and will be booking boarding with them when we travel!
