We have had a great experience and our dog (who had a lot of separation anxiety) has done really well there and been so cared for!
The grooming/spa was great and very reasonably priced!
Friendliness of staff
I like that he didn’t return to me over tired or stressed. Also he wasn’t limping, which seems to occur at other facilities, no one was able to explain what happened at the other places. I also the live camera capabilities. The staff are pleasant and I like that they are always moping the floors — whether from accidents or water. Also staff will redirect the dogs if they become “extra excited” or give a “little too much attention” to a dog. Definitely interested in enrolling in a least one day play soon.
Everyone that we’ve encountered so far are incredible polite and helpful! Customer Service matters!!
There was tape on my dogs blanket. If I dont triple check things always get left behind. I always have to double check my discount. I don’t like that the overnight stay form isn’t electronic.

I truly appreciate how much they love and care for my fur baby. I especially love being able to check the cameras and see how the staff interacts—not only with my baby, but with all of the fur babies. You can genuinely see the love and attention they give them.
My biggest thing is that my dog has been to another doggy daycare before, and every time she came home, her fur was yellow and she smelled. 😩 With Dogtopia, she comes home looking and smelling exactly like she did when I dropped her off! No yellow stains, no smell—just a happy, tired, well-loved pup. 🥰
And the best part? She is always excited and ready to go back in the morning! That says EVERYTHING to me. ❤️🐶
