Staff is amazing and super supportive. Our dog seemed happy and comfortable at the Union facility.
I love that it’s a open area for the dogs to run around and have fun.
It’s clean. I like that there are cameras so you can “check in” to see how your pup is doing. Also, the people who work there seem to genuinely like and care about the dogs in their care.
It’s a one stop shop! You can have daycare, boarding, or spa services all is set one roof. Not all places take big dogs like mine and I have recommended Dogtopia to two pet families who I know board and/or use spa services.
Both of my dogs come back to us so happy. The staff is so kind to us. They answer every single question we have and even the ones we didn’t think to ask. They really go the extra mile with the dogs and their people. We love them!
It is not about what I like but my dog absolutely loves coming to visit all his Dogtopia friends, both canine and human. The opportunity to run around in a safe and caring environment is helping him live his best life. The staff are attentive and always looking to do the best by the dogs. Just the fact that every dog going in is so excited to be there (as soon as we get in the neighborhood my dog starts!) Shows how great dogtopia is.
