The people know my dog and seem to care about her
Competent, very friendly staff. Great hours,many services available. Staff is always accomodating.
The end result is exactly what I ask for every time. My dog is bathed, trimmed perfectly and happy when I come to pick him up. I have a few particular requests each time he is groomed and they are always addressed as requested.
The staff is very friendly and someone remains in the room with the dogs throughout the day which is key to keeping my dog from getting stressed out.
Everyone is so friendly and knows my dog.
More individualized interaction is preferred
We love, love, love Dogtopia Valley Forge! Our puppy came home so happy after being there for 4 full days. And, she was so tired which helps when it’s already the evening when we are getting home from a trip. Thank you for loving our girl as much as we do!
Friendly staff and caring people
It’s heartwarming to see that all the coworkers are affectionate and caring toward the animals. They are truly wonderful people, and watching them interact with the dogs is a delightful experience.
I really like the friendliness and knowledge of the staff. Also that the place is clean. Looking forward to taking our dog Zoe there more often
