Friendly, flexible on schedules

Most of your staff is very loving to the pups and knows them and me by face, most know the pups by name and personality!

The staff are always friendly and helpful and super attentive to the needs of our dog. He enjoys his time there and is exhausted from the fun afterwards.

There should be more communication between employees about the special needs of dogs. Poor communication is causing dogs to injure themselves while being locked in a kennel or eat foods they are allergic to.

I really like the convenience of the location and the friendliness of the staff. I also like having webcam access although the connection would freeze periodically. I would have like to receive a report of how my pup did since it was her first visit to Dogtopia and her first time being in day care around other dogs. I wasn’t informed on whether she ate, napped, or how her interactions were. This has not discouraged me from bringing her back. I just thought receiving the report card would have been a nice touch.

I first want to say that your office called me about an issue with my pet and I was so grateful because I was able to call the vet and address the problem early. Thank you!

I think this is probably on my dog, but I wish he played a little more and got more exercise. I’m also a little worried that he doesn’t know he can pee in there and holds it all day.

The staff is friendly and clearly cares about the dogs.
