Friendly and attentive staff.

Everyone at Dogtopia Navy Yard is so friendly and enthusiastic to greet Charlie when he comes in, and he loves going! I am grateful to have such a friendly and supportive place to send Charlie when I cannot be with him or to give him some mental or physical exercise. During the snowstorm, Dogtopia Navy Yard went above and beyond to take care of Charlie when I could not get home to him, and I’m so grateful. Thanks for all you all do, and I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

We love Dogtopia – Navy Yard! Our 1 y/o Great Dane LOVES coming here. We enjoy watching her on the webcams as she plays with other dogs and attempts to get pets from staff members. The staff is super friendly and they take such good care of our Willow. They also do a great job cutting her nails. She’s generally finicky with people, but she seems to love the staff here. She acts like this place is a second home. 10/10 recommend!

We can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia Navy Yard. The care, patience, and genuine affection they show our pup, Griff, means the world to us. It’s clear the staff really takes the time to understand each dog’s personality and needs, and Griff always comes home happy and well cared for. Knowing he’s in such capable and compassionate hands gives us total peace of mind. We’re so grateful to have a place we trust this much—highly recommend to any dog parent.

My pup Willoughby loves Dogtopia of Navy Yard. He pulls me in every morning and comes home tuckered out from playing with his friends. And I love knowing he is safe and having fun while I am at work. From picture days, to treats, to spa services, Dogtopia really helps us keep a good routine with a dose of fun every week.

I’ve been taking my puppy (Truffle) to Dogtopia Navy Yard for almost a year and we love it! The staff are very communicative and really consider what is best for my pup. From the front desk to the rovers who hang with the dogs, all have been great to work with. Truffle loves going there to play and always comes home happy and tired! My favorite part is being able to watch Truffle socialize with the other dogs on the webcams, not only is it nice to be able to check in on her, but it’s great to see her playing and having fun!
