Dogtopia Westside consistently shows and gives Casey, my baby, the care that I can count on. Even though sometimes there’s personnel turnover, they seem to hire people with the same caring values. It’s either they have the same values towards our friendly pet pals or they adapt to the current loving, caring work culture. Which ever it is, I say kudos, thanks gals(guys) and Casey says, aahhoooooooo !!! Yes, that howl is directly from her.

Nikki seems happy. She wants to enter in the mornings. Staff are friendly. Occasionally errors occur, particularly with the recent turnover but staff fix it quickly.
Our puppy had a great first day! I would just say little things-we were scheduled for the wrong day, her collar has been lost, and her harness was on all wrong. Besides the collar, these are small things and her safety and happiness is the most important!
They were very informative and kept me up to date during the assessment process and stayed within the time frame commitment they made

I love the thought of a small bordering facility. The staff is always nice and welcoming when I bring my baby.
However, I hate that the streaming for watching my dog is does not work consistently. I picked this place for the cameras as it separates this facility from the competition (PetSmart Pet Hotel). I could have gotten him a suite at the PetHotel for less than Dogtopia but wanted the ability to see him.
But, to be a new dog mom, to go on a 5 day vacation and 4/5 days the cameras didn’t work only to be told that they need to get stronger Wi-Fi and offered texted pictures.
Only to try DogTopia again a few months later and it appeared Wi-Fi wasn’t brought up one full day out of a weekend trip.
Outside of the cameras not working, they are a good facility and as of my third visit, I would still recommend.
