I’ve been here several times and 2x in last week, please:
1. Please fix the webcams. If I’m paying $50/day for daycare, it’s be great to see my dog. It’s been over 2 weeks cameras down online.
2. My dog Mocha has been there 2X this past week, DOGTOPIA said they would send me photos, but I didn’t receive any.
3. In his most recent daycare visit on July 2nd, I prepared a box with instructions to give Mocha his afternoon snack. When I picked him up at 6pm, the box still had the snack inside. So my dog didn’t eat, and no one read the instructions. This makes me fear boarding him, he won’t get his daily meds.
4. I asked 3 different people about the weekly plans for daycare savings, and if it could rollover if not used and if the contract can be by week or is forever/cannot pause, no one was able to give a clear answer. It feels expensive by weekly, especially one never knows with schedules – seems like a better savings plan if I can buy per visit and save %.
5. I asked about boarding, and employee said I could see a tour of the facilities and suit. None was provided.

My dog and I have been here before, service has usually been good but recently disappointing.

Everything is amazing! The team is always courteous and personable. They love the pups!

We were traveling from out of town and needed my for baby Milo to stay while we were enjoying some the attractions. He goes to Dogtopia in NC so he wasn’t new to doggy day camp but I was a little nervous of how he would adapt to the new atmosphere. But.. from the time I called to set up the reservation, until the time I picked him up everything was so smooth. The staff was super helpful and professional, they gave him a report card and sent pictures. I was able to see him on camera if I wanted to peak in, and I love that this location has toys for the dogs to play with! Thank you for being a safe space for my baby to enjoy! This was a great vacation for everyone because of it!

The early check in is such a plus! Everyone’s I have met is very friendly and helpful. Check in and out is always quick. My dog loves coming to this location!

I love that they pay close attention to my pup and if something seems off they call/text/send pictures. It really shows how much they care.

Flexibility

We are from out of town and so grateful Dogtopia offered a safe, loving place for our puppy to be during our visit to Atlanta. Thank for your the wonderful staff for accepting us!

I feel like the staff know my dog when I call or arrive, and my dog is ALWAYS excited to get dropped off, which is a great signal to me that she’s happy and cared for when I leave her in their hands. The manager (Jerrica- pls forgive if I misspelled) has been accommodating and friendly, taking time to answer my questions and consistently be responsive and welcoming. I appreciate that I can board my dog and request grooming in the same location. And I LOVE that they send unsolicited photos of my dog at play or participating in scheduled activities. I have seasons of heavy travel for work and it’s been such a relief to know that my dog is in great hands and having a great time while I’m away.

I LOVE this Daycare! My puppy LOVES coming here! He has the best time! He comes home tired and he has many BFFF’s! They have the cutest crafts and treat days! My Pup is ALWAYS happy!
