So grateful for how Manager Karre has always been so helpful and able to facilitate care for my pups as need arises. Also, she patiently stays attentive even when it takes me longer to make the decision. I very much recommend Chris for dog grooming needs as well. My shy dog loves his grooming visits and comes back de-shedded extremely well. I wish I could name each and every Dogtopia personnel both at the front desk and back in the care rooms. They all deserve high accolades!

Everything from how clean you keep the facility to the webcams (which I love) – to the wonderful people who love and care for my Buster.

Buster whines and barks at me if I don’t get him headed to doggie day care by 8-9.

There is one thing that I wish could be improved… When I look on the camera and watch my dog, it seems like there really isn’t much for them to do. I understand you really can’t put toys out because Dogs 🐶🐾 might fight over them, but there’s really no area for them to run outdoors and play. They pretty much just all walk around and walk around and walk around. I will say I love the new management. I love the front desk people. It seems like the coaches in the rooms are well-trained. I always always think safety must always always always always be the number one concern.
