The staff is very present and really good with us and Ella! I love it when I watch the video sometimes and see people interacting with the dogs and having fun. I’m sure there’s a lot to take care of and to clean but you guys do a good job!
The one suggestion I would have is to address the sense of Dusty Rose air purifier. This is sent is very strong and it keeps hit me when I walk in.
Otherwise we appreciate how well you treat us and our favorite family member!

Buddy has been going since it opened – he absolutely loves it – even my vet says it has been great for him! I’m amazed that they seem to know each and every dog and not just their names! Buddy has become much calmer with my neighbors that they look forward to him coming to visit. Keep up the great work! the dogs (and their pet parents) truly appreciate it.
I really like how much interaction the coaches have with the dogs and how they provide a safe shelter for the new dogs until they feel comfortable being there. I have already recommended Dogtopia to my sister and she is bringing her dog Bob for a meet and greet tomorrow. I’ll have Ava there for the day so that will give both dogs a familiar dog buddy. The only thing I would mention is that Ava does not see out of her left eye so when the coach hits a ball with a hockey stick towards her she will not see it if the ball is coming towards her left side. I saw that happen at her meet and greet on Saturday and the ball went by her within inches of her bed and she retreated as close to the back wall as possible. I thought that was kind of a dangerous game for her. I’d hate to see her get a ball in her eye. That said I’m so happy to have found Dogtopia and have been telling my dog owning neighbors about you as well. I’m looking forward to the day I can drop her off and she’s happy to be there and joins in the fun. Thanks for the great service you provide:)
