ALL of the staff are very kind and caring – and put up with a LOT caring for our four legged babies. I have watched the video cams and the staff are constantly on the move checking, petting and cleaning up. It is no “walk in the park”. Max M. always gets his weekly walk and he loves everyone that works with him. Max is a rescuec and he has come a long way in being comfortable around all people thanks to the Dogtopia staff.

I feel the dogs are not physically active with th coaches. They need to have them participate with activities like ball throwing more leash walking. Too much sitting
Possible more coaches to be hired to keep dogs active
Your staff was very friendly and took the time to explain everything to us. They made Max feel very welcomed and we were able to watch him on your cameras.
All the staff are always super welcoming! My dog absolutely loves going there. All the staff get so excited to see him and it really makes me feel valued and comfortable leaving him there.
