Safety, webcams, and caring friendly staff

Friendliness of staff. Ability to check in on our dog through webcam.

Only been there about five times now.
It seems some associates are definitely friendlier and more interactive with the pups. Just feeling it out still and seeing how our little guy does.
When folks first drop off their dog. Send them an automated email about what they can expect to see in the playroom. The coaches actions. Why they don’t soothe or at first. How they monitor humping etc.
Shy behaviors etc.
Increase the Webcam bandwidth. When you get a busy room. It’s hard to get a reliable feed.
Friendly Staff. Whiskey loves everyone. Quite literally. They take great care of him.
IT is a great way to let my pup get some energy out. The staff is very kind and good with my pup. They are also always working with them, getting them to be better at listening to commands and behaving properly.
