They fully listened to my concerns and were able to accommodate our needs for Bruiser.
Drop off and pick up was easy. I wish I had known before that I could bring her a lunch and I’m still not 100% sure on that policy but I saw some lunches dropped off for other dogs when I went to pick her up. I liked that there was camera access and the staff that I talked to on the phone prior and day of were always nice and had great customer service. Made me feel comfortbale about leaving my dog in good care.

Hey. i love sending Rosie to you. However, the last time i paid for a bath–i don’t think she got one bc she smelled bad. I specifically asked for her nails to be trimmed, but that didn’t happen either.
Would love to bring her back in for a spa treatment.
Buddy seems right at home at Dogtopia. It’s reassuring to be able to view the dogs interacting via the webcams.
Staff is great! Maya seemed to enjoy her stay, she would head straight for door to go see her friends and hen we dropped her off to day camp.
My dog is always happy to go in and happy when we leave
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Made us feel at ease with our anxious puppy.
The people are great and our dog Tucker always has the best time!
