At Dogtopia, our passion is giving every single dog the best-individualized care with their health, safety, and comfort as our top priority! Our home away from home environment is the perfect place for your pup to learn, play, and socialize with their BFFF (Best Furry Friend Forever).
Meet the Team
Joni, Owner
In a previous life, Joni was in consulting firm and specialized in Operations and Process improvement for global organizations. Outside of corporate life enjoyed working with not for profit organizations and doing dog rescue transport.
Taylor, Store Manager
Taylor was born and raised in Nashville and joined the Dogtopia family in June of 2021. A true animal lover at heart, she brings both care and enthusiasm to everything she does at the store. When she’s not at Dogtopia, Taylor enjoys spending time outdoors camping and hiking, as well as unwinding with a good book or a challenging puzzle.Her dog, Finnley, is never far from her side—and fun fact, he was actually part of the Dogtopia family before Taylor officially joined the team. At home, she’s also kept company by her cat, Pickett. Fun fact: she is a trained butcher and can ride a motorcycle!
Taylor’s favorite part of working at Dogtopia is building meaningful relationships not only with the dogs, but with their parents as well. She genuinely considers every dog she meets to be her dog, and treats them all with the same love and attention. 🐾
Avery, Shift Lead
Avery is originally from Georgetown, Texas and joined the Dogtopia family in January of 2024. She brings a creative and energetic spirit to the team, shaped by her life as a full-time musician. Outside of Dogtopia, Avery is a singer, songwriter, and multi-instrumentalist, and she enjoys expressing her creativity through cooking, baking, and crafting. She also loves unwinding with yoga and spending quality time with her Catahoula Leopard Dog, Ember. Fun fact: Avery appeared on season 21 of American Idol!
Her favorite part of working at Dogtopia is getting to spend time with all of the dogs—each day gives her the chance to connect with new personalities and do what she loves most: being around dogs. 🐾
Anais, Front Desk and Canine Coach
Anais is originally from Virginia and joined the Dogtopia team in August of 2021. She brings creativity, enthusiasm, and a genuine love for animals to everything she does. In her free time, Anais enjoys being creative alongside her pup, Lyra, whether that’s painting or playing music on the guitar and piano. Fun fact: Anais can drive a tractor trailer and is currently training to become a dog trainer.
Her favorite part of working at Dogtopia is, of course, spending time with all of the dogs—but she also values the strong relationships she’s built with her coworkers, making Dogtopia feel like a second home. 🐾
Skyler, Front Desk and Canine Coach
Skyler is originally from Fyffe, Alabama and joined the Dogtopia team in August of 2023. He brings a friendly, positive energy to the team and loves being part of such a dog-centered environment. In his free time, Skyler enjoys spending time with his dog, Ash, socializing with friends, and checking out live music whenever he can. Fun fact: Skyler is currently working toward a bachelor’s degree in Commercial Songwriting.
His favorite part of working at Dogtopia is getting to spend time with the dogs each day while being part of a supportive and fun team atmosphere. 🐾
Tyler, Canine Coach
Tyler was born and raised in Nashville and joined the Dogtopia team in January of 2022. She brings dedication, warmth, and a strong background in animal care to her role each day. Outside of work, Tyler enjoys socializing with friends and traveling whenever she gets the chance. Her dog, Adora, keeps her on her toes and adds plenty of fun to her daily life. A fun fact about Tyler is that she is both a veterinary technician and a mom!

Myesha, Canine Coach
Myesha is originally from Nashville, Tennessee and joined the Dogtopia team in January of 2022. She brings creativity, patience, and a genuine love for dogs to the Dogtopia team. In her free time, Myesha enjoys gaming, making rugs, and building LEGO creations, as well as spending quality time with her Doxiepoo, Midnight.
Her favorite part of working at Dogtopia is getting to watch the puppies grow into their paws and personalities, making each day both rewarding and fun. 🐾
Arjay, Canine Coach
Arjay is originally from Savannah, Georgia and joined the Dogtopia team in August of 2023. He brings a calm and thoughtful presence to the team and enjoys both quiet moments and active environments. In his free time, Arjay enjoys peaceful solitude, gaming, and playing basketball. Fun fact: Arjay has three cats at home—Rocky, Milky Way, and Mixsir.
His favorite part of working at Dogtopia is seeing how the different personalities of each dog can change the dynamics in the playrooms, making every day unique. 🐾
Endiya, Canine Coach
Endiya is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana and joined the Dogtopia team in June of 2024. She brings a bright, enthusiastic energy to the team and loves getting to meet new dogs every day. In her free time, Endiya enjoys roller skating, doing makeup, grooming dogs, and spending time with her Cocker Spaniel, Dazé, who loves to keep her on her toes. Fun fact: Endiya attended school to become a veterinary technician!
Her favorite part of working at Dogtopia is learning about different dog breeds and their unique personalities, and she also loves participating in the various events Dogtopia hosts. 🐾
Casey, Canine Coach
Casey is originally from Nashville and joined the Dogtopia team in October of 2024. Her life truly revolves around dogs—whether she’s at home with her dog, Congo, at work, or drawing from her past experience running her own dog boarding.
Needless to say, Casey’s favorite part of working at Dogtopia is simply the dogs. She brings genuine passion and hands-on experience to the team, making every pup feel right at home. 🐾
Sandy, Canine Coach
Sandy is originally from Mexico and joined the Dogtopia team in May of 2025. She brings warmth and creativity to her role, making every dog feel cared for. In her free time, Sandy enjoys art, watching new movies and TV shows, and reading. At home, she shares her life with four pets: three dogs—Fluffy, Louie, and Chloe—and a cat named Sushi.

Ramorion, Canine Coach
Ramorion is from Nashville, Tennessee and joined the Dogtopia team in September of 2025. He brings a friendly and energetic presence to the team, making every dog feel welcome. In his free time, Ramorion enjoys gaming and watching anime. Fun fact: Ramorion does video game streaming.
His favorite part of working at Dogtopia is the community and the dogs. 🐾
Caylin, Canine Coach
Caylin, originally from Florida, joined the Dogtopia team in November 2025. She enjoys crocheting, playing video games, and practicing her dog training skills in her free time. At home, Caylin has three cats—Kato, Jello, and Squirrel—who keep life entertaining. A fun fact about Caylin is that she is fluent in two languages!

Ashley, Canine Coach
Ashley is a Tennessee native who joined the Dogtopia team in December 2025. In her free time, she enjoys playing the violin and cooking. At home, Ashley has two sweet pets: a pit bull named Juice and a cat named SkiSki. A fun fact about Ashley is that she is a certified counselor and also teaches Bible classes!
Her favorite part of working at Dogtopia is being able to love on the dogs and spend time helping them feel happy, safe, and comfortable while they’re away from their families.🐾
