Hen Casiday, General Manager
Hen, a UK native, found her roots in Birmingham during high school and returned after college. Whether she’s cuddling with her cat Ernestine and rescue pup Spider or immersed in work with other pups, she thrives in their company. Working alongside her boyfriend Ian, their shared enthusiasm fuels their passion. With dedication and excitement, Hen embraces each day, committed to excellence and deeply in love with her furry companions.
Harper Haynes, Sales Manager
Harper, a Birmingham native, has returned to the area after recently graduating college. Her boxer, Tubby, is her best friend and has accompanied her throughout college and now adulthood. Her dedication to animals shows through her work. She is committed to excellence and keeping her fur companion happy as they take on every new adventure life has to offer.
Mackenzie Van Oosterhout, Area Manager
Mackenzie, a dog-love Michigander, now calls Birmingham home after years of wandering in her 20’s. Her loyal companion, Thor, a German Shepherd, is the heart of her adventures. She left a decade-long career in restaurant management for a new life at Dogtopia, where she’s living her dream surrounded by paws, wagging tails, and endless doggy kisses. She and Thor explore the world, embracing the beauty of nature, and making every moment an adventure.
