I was in town for UAB’s School of Optometry graduation and needed a place for my poodle, Louisa. The first time I made an inquiry, Destiny answered all my questions and told me all of the protocols and procedures to bring my poodle for daycare. The facility was wonderful, all the staff friendly and helpful and best of all, Louisa was cared for and she loved it!! Thanks to Destiny and staff!

Friendly staff and convenient location. I also like that they are not overcrowded with dogs.

The staff is very friendly and my Ginger absolutely loves going. They greet her like she’s family and she’s always excited from the moment she walks through the door.

Duncan seems to really enjoy it! He’s so pooped after I pick him up. Jordan and Destiny have been so kind and helpful. I can tell they have a high commitment to service standards! And they genuinely seem to care about each dog and owner that comes there.

I really appreciate how attentive and caring your staff is. I feel confident leaving my dog here because I know she is safe, well-supervised, and genuinely cared for. It’s clear you treat the dogs like family.

Friendly staff

I recently got a new dog after my dog pass passed away. Rocco is very playful and has slots of energy. I chose Dogtopia cause it was close to my job. They are very friendly and make me feel as Rocco is just important to them has he is to me. I have never picked him up and he didn’t small fresh. The communication that they have shown of me about the well being of Rocco is top notch. They always keep me informed of how is is doing or if something is wrong. This team goes over and beyond to care for my dog.

I love the customer service, I really love the way they love my little yorkie Bella Rose, she love going there. Thank you so much.

The team is amazing!!!! Our dogs are always so happy to go to Dogtopia! Destiny is awesome and always helps me when we need to adjust bookings! 10/10!
