Birmingham – Parkside Reviews

We have been very pleased with Dogtopia. There were delays in getting the initial evaluation (all on our part due to some health issues with Angel); Maria was so patient in moving the appointment each time. When I did go for the evaluation and tour, Maria showed me around and spent lots of time answering my questions. I was very pleased with the facility, cleanliness, the options available during daycare and boarding and how genuine each counselor was in our interactions. There is no smell that you sometimes see with other facilities! Parking is easy and the facility is very close to our home. Also the hours available are excellent for our schedules. Angel always gets excited for drop off and is wonderfully tired after her day of play! I love the pictures that were provided after the first day of evaluation, report updates after her second day of daycare and her most recent picture of “welcome to the family”. The daycare package costs are comparable to other companies. We’ve met Mackenzie, Ian, Maria and one other employee at drop-off and pickup and they all have a warm, welcoming attitude! I will highly recommend Dogtopia to my friends!

We love how much everyone loves Mabel, knows us by name when we walk in the door and asks about our lives. Everyone is so personable (especially Marie!!) and cares so much about our dog having a good and safe day at daycare

My dog loves going! All of the employees at Dogtopia are wonderful!! Everyone is so friendly, kind, and patient! I know my dog is well taken care of when I leave him at daycare or if I board him! The only thing I wish Dogtopia had is a groomer.

Maria and everyone that works there is so kind and truly care about the dogs that come in! I have only recently started going to Dogtopia, but my puppy Willow and I absolutely love it <3

The facility is extremely clean and inviting. The staff was very friendly and welcoming to both me and my pup and I felt completely comfortable leaving my dog in their care. 20/10!

Everyone at DogTopia Parkside is the best. I know Finn enjoys his time with them during daycare!

Excellent system in place that is inclusive for all types of dogs that allows for breaks/rest but also plenty of exercise and play. As a pet parent, I really appreciate that the environment is accessible for each dog to experience the day at their own pace. I absolutely love the webcam feature that allows me to check up on my babies at any time other than the necessary cleaning times when I know they’re getting some midday naps in. 10 out of 10!

I really love the birmingham location. The facility (always very clean and smells amazing), the friendly staff! The staff truly ĺoves and loves on our fur babies!
