Everyone there is very friendly.

The friendliest staff, they really care about all the dogs and their owners. I tell everyone I meet that Cole goes to daycare and which one it is.

Dogtopia Northwest Edmonton played a huge role in helping our five-month-old puppy get properly socialized. Through their program, our Norman learned important behaviors, routines, and habits, along with structured play, guidance, and even appropriate timeouts when needed. Most importantly, it was always fun and positive.

Any time something seemed even slightly off, they immediately called us because health and safety is clearly their top priority.

Every staff member we’ve met is a true professional. They carry themselves as if they personally own the place, and it shows in how much they genuinely care about every dog that walks through the door.

Now that our dog is 18 months old, we can’t thank them enough—not just for the fun times our pup had, but for the supportive and guided learning that helped shape such a well-adjusted dog.

The allowance of the pups to be their individual selves not conforming to or forcing whatever society defines and expects as a “good dog”. They are all beautifully good pups in their own special way. I love the individuality factor and sweet interactions between the humans and doggos. Pawfect place for some safe doggo fun 🐾

The webcams are great. You can always check to see how your dog is doing. It’s clean and the staff are attentive and friendly!!

The staff are awesome! Our dogs love going there. We can’t say the word”daycare”‘until we are ready to go because they get so excited. Dogtopia is the BEST!!!!

Flexible and caring, I never felt more at ease dropping my puppy off for the day. You all are extremely friendly and know not only the dogs but their owners as well. Communications are always open and positive.

I love that Dogtopia makes being away from home fun for our Jessica! I am grateful that they ensure dogs have fun, but have structure and they reinforce training from the minute we walk in the door (ie. waiting at the door until it is opened and they are permitted to walk through, sitting before snacks or toys, safe play with other dogs, etc.). It is such an added perk that there is grooming available as well, super impressed with the nail trim our girl received! The special events like “ball day” “pool day” “ball pit day” “agility day” etc, are exciting for us as dog parents and for the dogs! Opting into snacks and photo ops are stellar opportunities! and we cannot forget all the different costume contests (even if we don’t participate in them all, they are so fun to witness)!

We have had exceptional service from Dogtopia. First it was for our big man, Link, and then we added our crew with Benny Biscuit. And boy do these boys love daycare. Thank you for making them feel so loved, and getting them nice and exhausted for us.
