The facility is clean and well appointed. There’s 3 options for dog rooms so the group can match my dog’s needs. I love the seasonal photos and report cards. Most of all I know my best friend is in good hands. He comes home tired and happy.
I love how friendly the staff is! I love how I can go on the app and watch Trapper during the day when I’m missing him. It is an extremely clean facility as well. When Trapper first started going there he was scared, it took a couple days and now he just runs into the back which lets me know he’s well looked after.

My puppy is so excited to go each morning and hates leaving! They give my puppy what he needs and gives me great feedback on how his day was. I love having access to watch him during the day online and just check in. I also love how there are special days throughout each month like parties, puzzles, photoshoots and special treats. The staff is so friendly and I feel great leaving my puppy there. They’ve watched him grow from a little puppy into a dog with me, so they are a big part of my puppy’s life! We love Dogtopia Edmonton!
I was able to watch my babies even if I am miles away. There are also training activities on their day care stay. On top of it, there’s initiative on what to do in case of emergency. One of my babies got stomach upset, immediately they discarded the home cooked meal I prepared and gave him a medication. Everything is back to normal on their pickup day. I’m just so grateful to have them back.
