Staff was wonderful. They treat the dogs well and they all seem to love animals.
Maybe just cut back on the amount of phone calls before the 1st appointment. Very annoying getting a call a day with no message left. Just leave a message. People will respond when they have time.
Dogtopia has very friendly and personable staff that display a true love for working with dogs.

Everyone at this location is so friendly. Everything is super clean. I love that I can check on my dog through the webcams and someone is always watching the dogs closely 24/7. I am happy they engage with the dogs and offer some activities for dogs like bubbles, kongs, ice, etc.
A clean space for the dogs. Personalized care for each dog and client.
Most importantly and number one. My dog loves going and loves the people working there

Staff did an amazing job with Echo. They are very kind, caring and empathetic and cater to our dog needs and communicate very well with myself and my wife. We are happy and trust our dog to attend Dogtopia.
