Friendly and invested staff, customer service, webcam, report cards, on site grooming.

The staff and the facility is world class. I was so impressed by the owner taking the time to walk me on a tour of the well thought out space, she loves what she does and it shows. Every staff member I encountered was so pleasant and attentive to the needs of my high energy (completely unsocalized so far) pup. I felt extremely at ease leaving her here and will be using Dogtopia as much as I am able to!

Everything so far. I like to my dog a snack as he is there for 5 hours or more but understand that he would be separated for a bit from the other dogs.

Friendliness of staff, the facility was very clean. The dogs were well supervised and the app that has web cam so you can see how your puppy is doing. My dog had a great time there and I got some R &R time!

The staff is beyond amazing!!! They treat the dogs with so much care and love it makes it easy to leave your dog for the day knowing that Thales are getting everything they need and more while we are at work. The staff also treats the pet parents amazingly too, I recommend this fantastic service to everyone that I can

The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and amazing with the dogs. The facility is cheerful and very clean and the staff to dog ratio is excellent. I appreciate that they open at 6:30 am and are open on Saturdays! The web cam in the rooms is a great plus…..I definitely appreciated being able to check on how she was doing throughout the day!
