Staff did an amazing job with Echo. They are very kind, caring and empathetic and cater to our dog needs and communicate very well with myself and my wife. We are happy and trust our dog to attend Dogtopia.

As a new client at Dogtopia, I requested quiet periods for my dog as he becomes overly stimulated; quite exhausted. I was told it was honoured. I would have liked to see the times written down and for how long my pet was given rest periods on his Report Card. In the event, I can monitor him and see my pet’s required needs at these early stages at Dogtopia.

Great facility with fantastic trainers, lets the dogs be able to socialize and play in a controlled environment. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and I like that in addition to daycare and boarding, they also offer training and grooming services.

Despite numerous attempts, my email address is never correct for billing purposes. I had also asked for a nail trim during boarding and it was never completed. I feel I have to follow up with requests multiple times

Just went for meet and greet and I am very impressed with the staff and the cleanliness of the facility. Will be bringing Skye to play.
