Easy to schedule. Events on days to keeps doggies interested. Supervised dog groups.

It’s very telling that my dogs get super excited to come in when we pull up and park. They lead the way and are always eager to greet everyone. This tells me there’s a high attention and care when looking after my pups, which is always my highest concern.

They know my dog well. I regularly check in on webcam so see how he is going and I observe the coaches doing their job very well. Stanley comes home tired out. And he gets very excited if I ask if he wants to go to “school”. His manners are improving as well.

The staff are amazing, easy to schedule through the app, they love our pup and we feel super comfortable bringing him to Dogtopia. I love that this location offers so many services.

Do something about the smell in the lobby (and I presume throughout the facility). I have mentioned this to a couple of staff members and each person has been surprised and hadn’t noticed anything about the smell. I wonder if when you work there all day, you don’t notice it? It smells like the mops/water are dirty.

It never smelled like this when Kim and Oscar were there, so something has changed.

I am not complaining – you asked. 🙂

The guys in charge of direct care are very kind to dogs

I’m able to look into the cameras and see that my dog is safe and happy.

I have already recommended two people! I’m incredibly impressed that for my last survey, somebody called the next day and the slight issue was taken care of immediately! Bailey doodle doo loves her dogtopia family

It really appears to be pet centered… the ability to check in on live video is very reassuring.
