Mostly satisfied, but I had an incident that I called to report. Not sure if there was any follow-up with the person. On the Webcam, I observed an employee sitting down with a dog on her lap. She was petting it and not paying attention that 3 medium sized dogs were ganging up on my smaller dog. I could tell that my dog was getting exasperated. The employee paid no attention but was holding a dog on her lap, which I thought was prohibited. Also, I don’t get feedback, especially after an overnight, on how my dog ate, slept, etc. That would be very helpful. Employees probably need more training with an emphasis on customer service.

Location is clean/convenient/friendly/do not have to drag my dog in to visit.

The staff is so caring and and sweet and true dog lovers. my dog is loved and cared for when he’s at Dogtopia. And the facility is very clean and all the foundation Friday treats and special activities are very fun. Can’t wait get our yearbook!

Dogtopia is our family because they treat our Bella like family. Dogtopia rounds out her life in such a beautiful way with fun play and loving care. I recommend Dogtopia to any fur baby owner who wants to find a wonderful place for your dog to safely socialize and for an excellent place for boarding and spa services too!

Convenience. I live very close. I do wish though that you did not have the policy of crating them for 2 hours. Sometimes I can’t use that with my work schedule. Then my dog goes to Camp Bow Wow which is much farther away.

Amazing place! Change nothing!

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They treated my 2 babies well and the place was very clean. Loved the real time video so we could check in on our girls having a good time.
