Greeted professionally when dropping off my pup and picking her up. Staff is always friendly

When my mom went in to set up her auto plan, there was a team member who was not helpful or pleasant. I think customer service it vital, especially when we are leaving out precious animals with them.

Initially I was concerned because Alfie, newly adopted from a shelter, is aloof, but the staff were all great and thanks to them he did very well. I hope to bring him back for another visit soon.

My dog gets so excited when she knows we are at Dogtopia. She pulls on her leash to get us inside sooner (and this is the only place where she does that). When we get inside, she runs around to greet each person. Her excitement upon arrival tells me she is treated well.
