Not clear if my dog gets exercise outside. Would appreciate learning if dogs are allowed outside at all.

We are grateful for the wonderful staff in Shirlington!
In general, we would love two things:
(A) if there were a quiet area for dogs to truly decompress off the play floor rather than just go into crate; and, (B) if there were an open outdoor play yard with benches or ramps gif the dogs to play on.
Our dog likes to go and we would like if he could have other options for play environment since he’s still a pup (just turned 1 year old).

They are very nice to my dogs.

Our elderly Greater Swiss Mountain Dog loves hanging out at Dogtopia. He gets to socialize with other dogs and assist the coaches, which he takes very seriously. He’s a working dog after all.

My dog’s love of socializing with other dogs and getting plenty of Excercise. Tired when he comes home and wants to relax and sleep. Awesome employees. They love my dog as much as I do. Excellent service.

Starting off a survey with an open comment question is a bold move. I almost closed it because that is annoying.

My dog loves the facility and is always excited to visit. The staff is wonderful, friendly, caring, and attentive. They consistently make me feel confident that my dog is well cared for.

Daily reports, nice people, and our pup was in fine shape when we picked her up.

Staff is very friendly and nice. My dog is happy to see them. I think they care about the dogs.

Friendly staff. My dog seems to enjoy seeing the other dogs. It works out well for our family.
