The friendly staff and how important are our dogs to them 😊

Great staff, my pup loves the employees and pups there.

Only feedback for improvement is communication, doesn’t seem they are as good with communicating via text or phone.

Most of the staff is very friendly, none of them rude. Our dog seems to be happy when going in. Facilities are clean and look nice.

Be more vigilant in reporting cars that park in the driveway that are not dogtopia customers. Many people park in front of the building and go to the dog park. These cars take up spaces for long periods of time and with the auto business next door, it creates less space to park and pick up dogs in the evening.

Option for walks or an outside area for dogs to run.

Our doggo loves going to Dogtopia! He gets so stoked as soon as he sees the front door and gets to see both his furry and human friends. The staff is great, they communicate quickly and are so wonderful! We’re so thankful for everyone at Dogtopia, and our pupper is thankful for his friends and the good treats 🙂

Would be nice to be able to drop my dog off around lunch but I understand that is when the facility is being cleaned.

Two things, completely unrelated to the care of the dogs: 1) Paint parking space lines in your parking lot. Without the lines folks have a tendency to take up more space than necessary so there have been instances where 4 cars would fit but 3 cars have taken up all the space. 2) Tow, or threaten to tow, cars that are visiting the dog park and not dropping off or picking up their dogs. Arlington Collision also has a tendency to park cars in no-parking spots on Oxford and Four Mile Run Drive, blocking the site lines for getting back out onto Four Mile Run Drive.
