The structure and approach to the day. But most of all, the team is WONDERFUL! Everyone is helpful, kind, and loving to the dogs. I’ve never seen anything but truly caring respect and love!

Nice having bath options
There are 2 rooms for the dogs so they are not crowded together in 1 room.
Maybe have naptime be 1 hour instead of 2?

I’m a new customer. A few observations: 1. Parking is hard. If you have people using your parking spots to go to other businesses or the dog park you may need to tow or threaten to tow or add “will be towed” to the signs. 2. Checkout could go faster – which might also help with the parking. I’ll be signing up for a weekly package which may help. 3. LOVE the cameras. It’s a nice break at work to pull up the camera and see Ruby having fun. [NAME REMOVED] (“Ruby”)
Find a way to include some outdoor space!
My dog needs a bath after every visit due to the smells that burrow into her coat after visits to the facility. Other than that, we love it!
