The staff is very friendly and dog and people oriented!

Your staff was the friendliest and most dog loving people I have ever encountered! I am so appreciative of your services while staying in Austin and George (my doggo) fell in love with his daily visits with you all as well! Thank you so much! I appreciate you all more than words can express! Such a weight off my shoulders as my big boy has severe separation anxiety and cannot be left alone.

Almost everything, however you do get a lot of emails after signing up for services.

My shelties, Bubba, and Lexi go there for weekly daycare. They seem to enjoy it a lot!

The staff at the front desk are freindly and willing to answer and any of my q’s about policies etc…or just chat.

I like that they try to have their playroom staff observing consistenly in the same spots. This gives my dogs the chance to get to know these folks better and trust them more.

Whenever I travel I board them with full confidence that they will be cared for and loved.

We love our North Austin Dogtopia! The staff is excellent and always greets us by name as we enter!! Hershey always has a great time no matter if we just come for a play day, or to stay a few nights! Thank you for all you do!!

The staff there are very personable and you can tell they live dogs. I also know my dog is safe and happy.
