I love the app. I love the flexibility and options y’all offer. I love that I can send him any time, and he can get his spa services while he is there. I love the prices. I love the staff. I love how sweet they are to my dog. I know he is very high maintenance when he is there, but he never hesitates to go, and he isn’t an emotional wreck when he gets home. This shows how kind and patient and professional everyone is to him. I recommend y’all to everyone, and I am so so grateful to have y’all. I would die without Dogtopia!!

I like that my dog plays for several hours of the day instead of being cooped up in a pen or run for most of the day and only playing for half an hour a couple times each day. The ability to watch her on the webcam to see how she is doing (especially since she is new to daycare) is a nice bonus.

Friendly staff. Clean facility and flexibility in scheduling. I take my girl in twice a week so she can socialize and chase or get chased by other friends.

Love the web cam so we can see our dog. She gets really good care. Every one of the folks who work there are the best. You feel like you are walking into a good friends home.

The staff at Dogtopia has been just so friendly and welcoming! My golden retriever, Bailey, and I just moved to Knoxville from Nashville and getting him connected at a doggy daycare was a top priority. Having him on a routine of going to Dogtopia one day a week gets him much needed interaction with other dogs in a structured safe environment. The facility is also very clean which is always impressive and much appreciated!

Staff is friendly, the facility is clean and my dog feels good there.

I have just been there once so think it is premature to lock in opinion. Everyone was very nice and pleasant. But I feel a little confused.
I was told there was an app I would be given instructions on adding so I can observe my dog but everyone disappeared and I never got it.
When I picked him up, I wanted feedback on how my dog behaved but the front was very busy when I picked him up so they just gave me his lead and everyone went to the next customer.
I thought my dog would be worn out but he was wound up like a cheap watch. I am interested to find out why he was so difficult to handle.
Again this was our first visit so I will try for a few more weeks but hope to get more information next week.
