Have an outdoor, grass space for dogs to get fresh air, sunshine, and to toilet.
Most importantly if not possible for outdoor space, when mopping, change the water between each mop and clean mop each time.
My dogs are happy and well cared for and the staff LOVES dogs and treats everyone like their pet is the favorite dog of all

The whole staff is so nice and I never worry about Coco while at work or if out of town. Coco loves everyone there and pulls me in every morning. She’s made so many friends :).
1. My dog likes to come play with other dog friends at Dogtopia and doesn’t whine or resist when I drop him off
2. The staff is always welcoming and know my dog by name when we get there – even if we aren’t there everyday
3. I feel my dog is safe, and don’t worry about him being there, getting food, not getting along with other dogs, etc. I can also watch him on the cameras when I want
4. My schedule from week to week is crazy, so being able to schedule last minute and/or drop my dog off for 1/2 a day, or a full day, is awesome.

The staff is warm and friendly and often remembers our dog. More importantly, our dog LOVES Dogtopia. She can’t wait to get through the door to hang with her fellow dogs and play all day. For an 11 year old lab whose favorite hobby is sleeping all day, that speaks volumes to us. She was attacked at a local boarding place and it took a few years to get her to feel safe outside of the house. Dogtopia is the one place we know she feels safe and has fun and we trust our dog’s face will come home in one piece. Even better when we have her groomed before pick up!
