Thus far, everything! Scheduling is easy. The webcams are a nice touch and make me feel safe about leaving my little guy behind. There are always plenty of other dogs for my very energetic dog to play with. He’s absolutely exhausted at the end of the day. I like that there are always humans present to break up any mishaps that might occur. I’ve only been bringing my pup here for two weeks but have been incredibly impressed during that timeframe. I’ve already recommended this place to others.

Dogs get to play

Dogtopia was very diligent in screening our dog before accepting her for boarding. They required that our vet send them her records directly. They required a meet-and-greet. And they required that we leave her for day-care until they were sure that she was comfortable. Only then would they make reservations for boarding. This level of caution and care for our dog and the other dogs there is very much appreciated.

And Annie seemed to have a very good time while with Dogtopia. She was glad to see us when we picked her up but still wanted to hang around a bit before leaving. We expect to use their services again when our dog needs day-care or boarding.

The friendliness of the staff! They are enthusiastic about greeting Chester in the early morning and still smiling at pickup!

The staff is great. I love that they have video so I can check in on my boys throughout the day. We used Dogtopia back in MO. I was so glad when one opened in Knoxville. My dogs love going.
