The staff are very caring and kind to the dogs

great staff,

All the staff are very friendly and love all the dogs. It is a convenient location for me. Easy drop off and pick-up. My pet loves it there and is always eager to enter the facility and meet his doggy friends.

The rooms are always clean. I love the web cameras, I can check on my dog anytime during the day. Stuff is always kind and curious.

Cleanliness, smiles from the employees and my dog loves it.

They are so good and our princess Reno loves all of them there and can’t wait to get there when I tell her she’s going to play with all of her friends. It’s great to have the time to go to shopping and appointments and know she is having fun and In a safe place and not at home alone. It’s a win win for us.

Great staff, great services available, and my dog loves being at Daycare so much! Only complaint I could have is that the lobby smells like dog urine sometimes when I come in for pickup. But my dog usually smells okay (given that he just played with other dogs all day) and he’s happy as a clam!

My dog loves daycare and the staff are very kind to the animals. I think the billing practices could be improved. There is often confusion among the staff as to billing, and if a bill is wrong, the policy is they do not refund they give a credit which I think is wrong. I also think there should be a window for pickup on the last day of boarding where you do not get charged for a dull day of boarding if you pick up your dog early enough. I have never boarded my dog somewhere and had to pay for a full boarding day on pick up until coming to dogtopia.
